Do you allow pets?
Yes! If you live in a property with a backyard we allow pets over 25 pounds. If you live an apartment, you pet must be under 25 pounds. There is a $50 per month pet fee per pet in addition to your rent. Additionally, all tenants must keep pets on a leash and be responsible for picking up feces.
Do you allow smoking?
In order to provide quality rentals, we do not allow smoking indoors. Anyone caught smoking inside will pay a penalty.
What if I need to break my lease contract?
Contact our office immediately so we can discuss options for you.
Is there an application fee?
We do not charge an application fee. Every person over 18 who will reside in the property must fill out a rental application.
Am I responsible for lawn care?
If you rent a house from us, you are responsible for maintaining lawn care. Failure to do so will result in us resolving your lawn care issues for a fee that will be applied to your rent. If you live in a duplex or apartment, lawn care is provided by J & M Properties.
